Kriti Krishnan
Co-Founder
Kriti brings a multidisciplinary foundation in law, philanthropy, and public health. She has led philanthropic investments in health tech, set up Mann Talks (a national mental-health helpline), and advised various philanthropists and large NGOs on scaling their impact. Her earlier experience spans ACT Grants, Dasra, and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas. Kriti holds a law degree from the University of Mumbai and an MPH from Yale.
Sandeep Malhotra
Co-Founder
As a neurodivergent person, he struggles with boxes and thrives at intersections of tech, mental health and design. For the last 10 years, he has built digital mental health products and startups. Prior to Ally, he led product and marketing roles at global SaaS organisations and cofounded two mental health organisations Betterly and Gentle Reminder. He is a self taught engineer and holds an MBA from MICA.
Mohit Bhatnagar

Mohit is a Managing Director at Peak XV since 2006. At Peak XV, he focuses on backing founders in the earlier stages of their journey from sectors including Consumer Internet, Payments, SaaS, Healthtech and AI. Passionate about giving back to communities, Mohit is one of the co-founders of ACT Grants, a non-profit venture philanthropy platform providing seed capital and advice to accelerate tech-led innovations for social impact.
Tanuja Babre
Clinical Director
Tanuja brings deep expertise in counselling psychology, program design, and technology-assisted mental-health services. She previously led iCALL at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, where she oversaw service delivery, research, and national capacity building. She has worked as a consultant with UN agencies as well as large organisations on mental-health programs and continues a thriving psychotherapy practice. Tanuja holds a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from TISS and postgraduate training in Narrative Practices, EMDR and the Neurobiology of Trauma.
Ajey Gore

Ajey is an Operating Partner (Technology) at PeakXV Partners, helping portfolio companies scale engineering teams without breaking everything while growing fast. As former Group CTO at Gojek, he scaled engineering from ~50 to 2000+ engineers across Southeast Asia. A software engineer turned startup CTO turned VC operating partner, Ajey has worked from London to Jakarta and is now based in Singapore. He's passionate about building teams that ship great software without burning out, and his superpower is asking "why" until we find the real problem.
Gopikrishnan S
Founding Engineer
Gopi brings experience across AI, open source and social impact. Prior to Ally, he was at People+AI, and co-created Sunva AI, an assistive tool for deaf individuals in the oral spectrum, and leading initiatives to develop scalable accessibility AI use cases in India. He has contributed to multiple open-source AI projects, and helped create tech-learning communities and learning paths through TinkerHub in Kerala. Gopi is passionate about leveraging AI to solve problems on the societal edge, especially in accessibility and health domain.
Shubham Bhoite
Founding Engineer
He is a software engineer driven by curiosity and a focus on building reliable, scalable systems. Shubham has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Great Manager Institute and previously at Patharitech, contributing to backend development, AI-driven tools, and real-time data pipelines. He enjoys solving complex engineering problems and writing clean, maintainable code that scales.
